You'll just need a mat, resistance bands, and some dumbbells—but don't worry if you don't have them—you can use household items like canned goods, a backpack filled with books, etc.!

Hi, I'm Annie !


As a working woman and mom myself, I've overcome anxiety and stress through exercise and healthy lifestyle habits. Now I want to share my knowledge and tips with you!

Over the years, I've helped hundreds of people regain control of their health. For me, health is the number one priority, because without it, we can't do anything. It's the greatest asset we can have and the greatest gift we can give ourselves!

As the mother of two children, my aim is to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible, so that I can accompany them throughout their lives!

I've been through a lot. Exercise has prevented me from suffering from depression and helped heal me from post-traumatic shock. It also has a magical effect on hormones, stress and anxiety... and yes... old age!
